Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey Pearls

Ingredients:

– 1 cup Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey

– 1 cup water

– 1/2 cup sugar

– 1/2 cup tapioca pearls

– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– Optional: whipped cream for topping

Directions:

1. Begin by preparing the tapioca pearls. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1/2 cup of tapioca pearls with 1 cup of water. Allow the pearls to soak for at least 30 minutes to soften them.

2. After soaking, drain the tapioca pearls and rinse them under cold water to remove excess starch.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 cup of Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved.

4. Once the sugar is dissolved, add the soaked and rinsed tapioca pearls to the whiskey mixture. Gently stir to ensure the pearls are evenly coated with the Fireball mixture.

5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and let the pearls marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This will allow the flavors to infuse into the pearls.

6. After marinating, give the pearls a gentle stir.

7. Serve the Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey pearls in small bowls, adding a dollop of whipped cream on top if desired. Enjoy your delightful treat!
