- 4 tablespoons of white rice
- A glass of plain water
- Tea tree oil (optional)
- Ice tray
How to make and use:
First, you need to wash 4 tbsps of rice thoroughly to remove all the dirt.
Now soak the rice in a glass of water overnight. Next morning strain the rice water, add a few drops of tea tree oil and mix it well.
Pour the rice water into an ice cube tray and let it freeze for about an hour or 2.
Once frozen, remove the tray, pop 1 ice cube, and rub it on your face. Oh, how refreshing it feels!
