Clove benefits for Skin – Clove Oil, Clove Gel & Clove ice cubes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of cloves

  • 8–10 mint leaves

  • 2 cups of water

  • 1 teaspoon of rose water (optional)

Method:

  1. Boil cloves and mint in water for 5–10 minutes.

  2. Cool and strain the liquid.

  3. Pour into an ice tray and freeze.

How to Use:

  • Rub one cube gently over a clean face every morning.

  • Pat dry and follow with moisturizer.

4. Clove Oil (Anti-Aging + Brightening)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of cloves

  • 3 tablespoons of cold-pressed coconut oil or jojoba oil

  • 1 vitamin E capsule (optional)

Method:

  1. Slightly crush the cloves and add to the oil.

  2. Warm the oil using a double boiler for 10–15 minutes.

  3. Let it infuse for 1–2 days, then strain.

  4. Store in a dark glass bottle.

How to Use:

  • Use 2–3 drops and massage gently into the skin at night.

  • Can be used directly or mixed with night cream.
