Lots of apples, no pasta! No flour! No eggs! The apple dessert that’s driving the world crazy!

Ingredients:

6 large apples, cubed
1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter
Zest of 1 lemon
Directions:

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine apples, sugar, oats, cinnamon, and lemon zest.
Line a baking dish: Butter a baking dish and pour in the apple mixture.

Bake: Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the top is golden brown.
Tip: For a creamier texture, add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to the mixture before baking.
