- In a medium-sized pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the bay leaves, guava leaves, and turmeric.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 15–20 minutes.
- If using fresh noni fruit, mash it and strain the juice into the mixture. If using noni juice, add it after removing the pot from heat.
- Let the tonic cool slightly, then strain it into a glass or jar.
- Add honey or lemon if desired.
- Drink 1 cup daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
Storage Tip:
Store any remaining tonic in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Shake well before each use.
